Automated Reporting, Payments, and Performance Monitoring

Sales reports are a mandatory feature - you will not be able to receive your payments until you have signed up to receive them.

Automated Sales Reports

Sales reports provide detailed, monthly usage and royalty data for your titles on the Perlego platform.

  • Reporting Schedule: Reports are sent on/around the 6th of each month.

  • Sign-Up: To receive your Automated Sales Reports directly, please sign up here.

Automated Payments (Invoice-less)

The automated payment system allows for payments to be processed without the need for manual monthly invoicing, provided you meet the minimum threshold.

  • Benefit: This system ensures timely payment (processed in 30-day runs) and significantly reduces administrative overhead.

  • Sign-Up: To enroll in the invoice-less payment system, please sign up here.

Reminder: Payment runs are 30 days, and a minimum payment threshold of £50 applies before payment is triggered. We support payments in GBP (£), USD ($), or EUR (€).

Accessing the Data Dashboard

The Perlego Analytics dashboard provides a wealth of data on user adoption, book opens, and reading engagement. For a more comprehensive overview, please see the Analytics & Promotions page.

  • Direct Agreement Partners: If you have a direct agreement with Perlego, you can request access to the dashboard here.

  • Indirect (Distributor) Partners: If your titles are supplied via a distributor, please contact them directly, as they manage and provide you with the relevant usage data.
