# Invoices

## How to create and submit an invoice to Perlego for your royalty payment

If you are coming through a distributor, we will collaborate with them to pay you the correct amount of royalties. If you are not coming to us through a distributor, **you will need sales reports in order to generate an accurate invoice**, or receive automated payments.

### Manual Invoice Submission

Please follow the steps below to raise and submit your invoice. The invoice must be sent to [**finance@perlego.com**](mailto:finance@perlego.com).

 💸 **Please include:**

- Invoice number
- Invoice date
- Perlego’s address: *138 Holborn, London, EC1N 2SW*
- The currency (**£**, **$** or **€**) 
    - If the currency is other than GBP (£) please show the exchange rate used
- The month to which the royalties pertain
- The VAT rate (if applicable)
- Payment terms
- Bank account
