Common Concerns:

Does Perlego allow users to download my books? Users can download content for offline reading only within the Perlego mobile app. These files are doubly encrypted and cannot be moved, shared, or opened by any other software. No direct downloads are ever permitted on the web platform.

How do you prevent "Screen Scraping"? We employ several layers of protection, including Web Application Firewalls (WAF), ReCAPTCHAs, and behavioral analytics. Additionally, our eReader never loads a full book into a browser's memory at once—it progressively loads and clears chapters as the user reads.

Can users copy and paste text? Native browser copy/paste and print functions are disabled. We limit manual copying to a maximum of 10% of a book (unless otherwise specified in your agreement).
