When to Contact the Finance Team

We encourage you to use our dedicated finance channel for the following types of queries:

Query Type Examples of Specific Issues
Payment Status You have exceeded the £50 payment threshold, the payment due date has passed (30-day run), and funds have not been received.
Sales Reports You did not receive the monthly sales report on/around the 6th of the month.
Invoice Management You have questions regarding an invoice you submitted, or you need confirmation of your invoice-less payment status. Please make sure the information you need is not already covered in the articles available here.
Currency & Exchange

You need to change your preferred payment currency, £, $, or €, or you have a query about the exchange rate used in a specific report.

Tax Documentation You need to update your tax registration details or provide specific documentation required for international payments.

How to Contact the Finance Team

Essential Information to Include

When emailing the Finance Team, please provide the following details:

  • Your Organization Name and Partner ID (if known).

  • Detailed Subject Line: Clearly state the nature of the query (e.g., "Missing Sales Report - October 2025" or "Query on Payment Run 30-day Status").

  • Relevant Dates and Figures: Always include the month(s) affected, the amount in question, and the date the payment was expected or the report was due.

  • Supporting Documentation (if applicable): Attach the relevant sales report or copy of your invoice, if necessary, to speed up the investigation.
