What to Expect When You Join Perlego

If you've just joined us - Welcome! Here’s an overview of what will happen once you get started with us:

    1. Talk to Us

    If you haven’t spoken with our team yet, please complete this form. A member of the team will get in touch to discuss next steps.

    2. Determining Your Content Delivery Channel

    After our discussion, you will have a clear understanding of how Perlego operates and the different ways you can deliver content to our platform. 

    • Direct Relationship: If you choose to manage the file submission directly (via FTP), we will send you the partnership contract for review and signature.

    • Indirect Relationship: If you opt to work with a third-party distributor, the contracting process will be managed through them. You can review the list of distributors we work with here.

    3. Begin Onboarding

    If you choose a direct relationship, we will send you a contract. If you choose Indirect, the distributor will manage the contracting process. Once your contract is signed, your onboarding journey officially begins.

    Luke, who leads our Content Operations team, will contact you with everything you need to upload your content to Perlego. You’ll also receive details on how to:

    • Sign up for sales reports
    • Set up payment
    • Access and navigate your publisher dashboard

    4. Your Content Goes Live

    When your titles are live, you can track usage and performance data:

    • Via a direct relationship: via your data dashboard. Learn how to get the most out of these analytics tools here.
    • Via an indirect relationship (Distributor): you will need to contact you account manager at publishers@perlego.com to get your usage and performance data

    5. Keep Growing With Us

    Our user base is continuously expanding, creating demand for more books. You can keep using your existing FTP credentials to send new titles as they are published.
